About Us
Cyberpsychology is the psychology of how people think, feel, and behave when they interact with digital technology. Platinum 3P is a specialist consultancy, advisory and training company, with a focus on bringing the human element to your cyber world. We do this by applying the latest research themes and findings from the growing discipline of cyberpsychology, as well as occupational psychology, and blending these with subject matter experience and expertise from the worlds of strategic cyber security leadership, law enforcement and cyber investigations.

We use psychological theory, models and frameworks, together with the team’s subject matter experience and expertise, to design interventions that will support your business and teams to be the best they can be. We strive to optimise the potential of the relationships between people and their workplaces to achieve excellence in cyber-related matters. Whatever the intervention, we always consider the connection between the fundamental pillars of psychology – Thinking, Feeling and Behaviours – as it applies to the cyber world at whole system, organisational, team and individual levels. At Platinum 3P the client comes first. We are careful in how we manage relationships with our clients, acknowledging strengths as well and taking a positive approach in the design and implementation of interventions. Our Code of Ethics is informed by those of the British Psychological Society.

Workshop based training led by our subject matter experts in cyber investigation tools and techniques, together with our psychologists who know a thing or two about human decision-making and the real human risks associated with interacting with digital technology and carrying out investigative activities in cyberspace.

This tool is the current version built on 20 years of workforce planning training and support provided for large organisations, and can be used for strategic and tactical workforce planning, as well as awareness raising for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Decision-making Styles and Skills
Application of the Zircon/BeTalent Decision-Making Styles Tool, which is verified by the British Psychological Society and on their approved list of assessment tools. This tool will provide individuals with information about how they prefer to make decisions and enable more considerate and deliberate decision-making. Led by Psychologists who have been trained to administer, interpret and provide feedback using this tool.
Assessment and Development Centres
Bespoke support to businesses and organisations in designing, administering and facilitating recruitment assessment centres or development centres for current employees. Led by Psychologists who are trained to administer, interpret and give feedback in a range of psychometric and assessment instruments.
Building Personal Resilience
Application of the Zircon/BeTalent Resilience Assessment Tool, which enables an individual to understand their resilience strengths as well as those aspects of stress that might lead to someone being derailed under pressure in the workplace. Led by Psychologists who have been trained to administer, interpret and provide feedback using this tool.
